Welcome to House of Saatvik. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of houseofsaatvik.in ("the Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are intended as accurate representations. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of many of our items and individual screen settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing, and to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (without limitation) where there are pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations. Payments are processed through Razorpay; Cash on Delivery is offered where serviceable.

4. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, to introduce viruses or malicious code, or to interfere with other users' use of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, text, logos, designs, and product photography — is the property of House of Saatvik or used with permission, and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Saatvik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
