Shipping Policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners managed via Shiprocket. Here's everything you need to know about getting your House of Saatvik order to your doorstep.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 4–8 business days from dispatch
  • Other Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 6–10 business days from dispatch
  • Remote locations: 8–12 business days from dispatch

These are typical estimates. Actual delivery time may vary slightly due to weather, courier load, or local conditions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹799
  • A small flat shipping fee applies on orders below ₹799 — the exact amount will be shown at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry a small additional COD handling fee, shown at checkout

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you an SMS and email with your tracking link. You can also reach us at any time to check on the status of your order.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available across most Indian PIN codes, subject to courier serviceability. Availability for your specific address will be confirmed at checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner makes up to three delivery attempts. If a COD order remains undelivered after three attempts, or is refused at the time of delivery, the order is returned to us and will be cancelled. Repeated refusals may affect COD eligibility for future orders.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot an error, email us at kushalruia@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
