Refund & Returns Policy

At House of Saatvik, we want every piece you receive to feel exactly right. If something doesn't, we'll do our best to make it right.

Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Beyond this window, we're unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Free from any stains, alterations, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, seasonal, or made-to-order reasons, the following are not eligible for returns:

  • Rakhis and rakhi sets
  • Shagun envelopes and stationery
  • Used or opened potli bags
  • Customised, altered, or made-to-measure pieces
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at kushalruia@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • A clear photograph of the item

Once we approve your request, we arrange a reverse pickup through Shiprocket. You don't need to courier it yourself.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process your refund within 2–3 business days. The amount is credited as follows:

  • Prepaid orders (Razorpay): Refunded to your original payment method. Allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI). We'll request your bank details by email after approving the return.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or fit issues, subject to availability. Place your exchange request the same way as a return, mentioning the size you'd like instead.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll either send a replacement or refund the full amount, including any shipping charges.
