Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UPI apps, debit and credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most Indian PIN codes.

Is COD available everywhere?

COD is available across most of India, subject to courier serviceability. You'll see whether COD is available for your address at checkout.

Is online payment safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days in metro cities and 6–12 business days elsewhere in India. You'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking link the moment your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship only within India. International shipping is on our wishlist — write to us if you'd like to be on the list when we open it up.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over ₹799. Below that, a small flat fee applies and will be shown clearly at checkout.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Each apparel product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements in both inches and centimetres. You can also visit our full size chart here. When in doubt between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

What if it doesn't fit?

If your apparel doesn't fit, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact. See our refund policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return any product?

Most apparel can be returned within 7 days. A few categories are non-returnable for hygiene or seasonal reasons — including rakhis, used potlis, opened envelope sets, and any items marked Final Sale. Full details in our refund policy.

How do I start a return?

Email us at kushalruia@outlook.com or use our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the item. We arrange a reverse pickup through Shiprocket — no need to courier it yourself.

Care & Other Questions

How should I care for my outfit?

We recommend dry cleaning for any embroidered or embellished pieces. Cotton kurtis can be gently hand-washed in cold water and dried in the shade. Specific care instructions are noted on each product page.

Do you offer bulk or wedding orders?
